A.How to place order for Express Delivery Service?

1. Choose the foods to order.

2. Make your payment.
​
3. Within one to two working days, you will receive an update from P|A either your order is accepted or we have to refuse if the Express Courier (Dhl or similar) do not deliver to your postcode area.
​
4. If Dhl does not cover your delivery postcode area, unfortunately your order will be cancelled and your payment will be REFUNDED IN FULL.
​
5. Once your order is confirmed, we will give the estimation date for your order's will be dispatched.
​
6. One day before the order to be dispatched, you will get a text by the courier company to advice the estimation date and time of delivery. Please make sure that you are around to receive the package.

Pasticceria Alia has no control over delays by the courier and/or if you are not around during the delivery.
B. Is there any minimum amount to place an order?
Yes, for Chilled Food via Express Delivery Minimum amount is £25 per order.
C. Are Pasticceria Alia's food Halal?
Yes, we cater only halal foods.
D. How long the foods last?
Once the food defrosted (in the fridge), eat within 24 hours. If you are freezing your items, please put in the freezer straight away upon delivery (up to 1 month from the received date).

E. Can I collect the order from you?
Yes, you can, please, e-mail us before you want to place your order. A confirmation will be sent to you for date and time available for the collection.

F. Which areas do you deliver?
UK Mainland areas and anywhere in the UK that DHL or UPS or similar go.

G. Does Pasticceria Alia (P|A) registered with local council & holds certificate of hygiene?
Yes, P|A is registered with local council and holds Food Hygiene Certificate.
